    I was at the receiving end of poor health.

  • Mentally: I had depression
  • Physically: I lost a lot of weight, couldn’t eat, felt dizzy & weak
  • Socially: I didn’t have the energy to engage in conversations
  • Emotionally: I was drained.
  • Spiritually: I was lifeless inside. I felt lost.
  • Occupationally: I felt miserable.
  • So I understand what’s like to be poor in health. I couldn’t enjoy my wealth, good food, beautiful things, etc., even if I wanted to.

    Something needed to change. I made a conscious effort to keep myself holistically well & healthy. Now that I’m feeling so much better, I made it my personal mission to help you achieve holistic health so you won’t suffer the way I did. Health is indeed your health. Please learn from my mistakes.
